The Parent Consultation Series is a 5-session program tailored to your child's age, your family's challenges, and your goals. Here's what's available:
By Age:
Early Childhood (Ages 3-7) — Building connection, navigating big emotions, creating structure that works for young children
School-Age / Bridge Years (Ages 8-12) — The in-between years: too old for "play time," not yet teens. Expanding emotional skills, collaborative problem-solving, navigating school and friendships
Adolescents (Ages 13-18) — Staying connected when they're pulling away, supporting regulation, balancing autonomy with structure
By Focus:
Parenting Challenges — Sleep, meltdowns, anxiety, power struggles, behaviors that don't match the books, sibling conflict, school avoidance
Neurodivergent Family Support — ADHD, Autism, sensory differences, executive function challenges. For families who need someone who truly understands how differently-wired kids think, feel, and grow—and how to parent in a way that works with their brain, not against it
